Shipping policy

At Collective Consciousness®, we operate on a Made to Order platform to ensure quality and prevent overproduction. Unlike traditional retailers, your items do not sit in a warehouse. Instead, every product is crafted specifically for you only after your order is confirmed.

To deliver as efficiently as possible, we utilize specialized fulfillment stations across Europe and the United States, dispatching your order from the facility closest to you whenever possible. This decentralized approach allows us to deliver your items with care while supporting a more intentional way of shopping.

Order Processing
Because every item is created on demand, you will experience a longer waiting time before your order arrives at your door. This wait is a deliberate choice to avoid the waste and environmental toll of mass production. We believe that purposeful products are worth the additional time.

Order Processing Times
Each order is prepared with care and typically produced within 1–3 business days. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Estimated Shipping Times
Because our fashion, lifestyle, and care lines are crafted in different locations, shipping times and packages may vary. Average transit times are as follows:

Fashion items

  • Netherlands, Belgium & Germany: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.

  • UK & Europe: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.

  • Rest of the World: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.

CCCare Products

  • Europe & UK: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.

  • United States: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.

  • Rest of the World: 5 to 10 business days depending on local customs.

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination.

Note: Orders containing both Fashion and CCCare items may arrive in separate, carbon-neutral packaging. These are estimated timeframes provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All international orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and custom fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Collective Consciousness® is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.

Responsible for Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. Collective Consciousness® cannot be held liable for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the courier. If you experience an issue with your delivery, we recommend contacting the courier directly using your tracking information.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package.
