By moving away from mass production, we ensure that no garment or product goes to waste. This mindful process allows us to protect our planet's resources, but it also means that your purchase is unique to you.

Return Policy

To stay true to our zero-waste goals and minimize the environmental impact of return logistics, we operate a selective return policy. We kindly ask our community to shop with intention and purpose.

Sizing & Color
Because each fashion item is made to order, we do not accept returns for an incorrectly chosen size or color. To avoid disappointment and help us prevent the environmental toll of return shipping, we strongly encourage you to consult our Size Guides carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Hygiene & Safety
Due to the nature of our CCCare cosmetic products and hygiene regulations, these items cannot be returned once the seal has been broken or the packaging opened, unless the product is defective.

Damages or Errors
Should an item arrive damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect product, we will of course make it right. To initiate a resolution, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our team: Contact us at service@collectiveconsciousness.nl within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or the error. Please ensure the item remains unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  3. Follow Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide you with specific instructions for the return shipment or replacement.

Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Terms and Conditions apply. Returns sent without prior approval or outside of the 14-day window cannot be accepted.
